Packaging
The packaging is automated in sawmills, and the number of pieces per package is standard. The packing is defined by the size of the pallets: 1m x 1m.
Packages are generally packaged in length packets (LP) one meter by one meter, securely strapped with plastic strapping (Polish mills are prohibited from using steel strapping). The goods arestrapped and protected by boards. They are also tarpaulin if they were dried without being treated (plastic sheeting 5 faces to the unimpregnated dry wood).
Packaging
Special packing and special packaging requirements can be provided on request. Goods can for instance be bundled into small packages bound with a few pieces.
